The Aenova Group has reached an agreement to acquire the Temmler Group, an international pharmaceutical company and full-service provider for pharmaceutical contract manufacturing. The Group has seven production sites in Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Ireland, with approximately 1000 employees and a turnover of approximately EUR 170 million. Financial terms were not disclosed.
